Cons: bit over priced
Since the series of Blendtec " Will It Blend " started I have always wanted a Blendtec Blender. If you are not aware of the Will it blend channel, it is a guy who blends everything from crowbars to snooker cues to iPhones all in a BlendTec blender and he records them and put them onto his channel with over 2,000,000 subscribers and gets millions of views each video. My blender broke and I had a good bit to spend on a new one as I make smoothies soups and loads of things using a blender and all my one before had broken so Blendtec was the only option.
It has a one litre capacity so I had enough space to make 3 smoothies each days and enough space to make 2 - 4 bowls of vegetable soup. Everything you blend from Ice cubes to Carrots blend great with no lumps or anything left. To use the blender, you need to plug it in t, then turn on the power switch located on its bottom. When its on , its front display lights up and acts as a progess bar when the blender is in operation. There are an line of pre-programmed button options for smoothies, dips and hummus, and several more. Simply add your ingredients, put lid on, and either press one of the pre-programmed buttons or increase and decrease the blender speed with the up and down buttons.
It also has a recipe book with it that has loads of alcohol recipes and more.
Cleaning is easy just add some soap and warm water and blend. Then pour out and wipe.
I have this blender a year and a bit and still is the same when I bought it, there is a 7-year warranty with the blender. I would advise buying this and it lasting for many years.
