They lost my truck in transit, never were helpful in locating it, took over six weeks to get it after being quoted 14 days, and they damaged it and never paid the claim in it. Very horrible company.

AA Auto Transport in San Diego leaves a lot to be desired in the way of customer service, contracting, and fulfillment of contracted services. The company quoted me a set price which I had agreed to pay upon delivery of services. As the time came to sign the contract, the price was ALWAYS inflated by $50. The service agent assured me that this would not be the problem and that it was remedied. WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVED WITH MY CAR HE CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $50 FROM AN OLD CONTRACT!

I called to inquire about their shipping rate. It was pricey, and not competitive at all.
When asked further about it, their response was " We don't need to be competitive".
That did it for me. THANKS BUT NO THANKS!
I will make sure than I tell everybody I know about AA Transport, NOT to use them, ever.
And if there is still any doubt in their minds, I will have them read the other two posts.

Transported my car from Vegas to Dallas quoted by A A auto 9-12 days took a month , During phone calls to their office hard to locate anyone that would be helpful Debbie who we mainly dealt with was always on another call , very elusive never returned mail or calls I would never use this company again and would strongly advise people not to have anything to do with them at all .

AA-AUTO has been a nightmare for myself , Iv been lied to , hung up on , and not had phone calls returned. In my opinion they are the worst company iv ever had to deal with and unfortunately my dealings with them are not over yet .My suggestion to anyone thinking about using these people to carry there auto because of the cheaper rate , DON'T DO IT ,the headache is not worth it .

I agree with the original writer of this e-opinion of A Plus Auto Shippers. They are more like A Plus Auto STEALERS! I had the SAME experience that the poster wrote about stoney and his phoney people delivering cars to different parts of the US.
The truck driver even scratched my vehicle while in transit. Stoney never bothered to have my car repaired. What a crooked slimy guy.

very dishonest people; you must have everything in writing in order to make them to pay attention to you and the problems they will create for you. they will promise you anything you ask for before your car is on their truck somewhere and then they will brake all the promises. late delivery is guaranteed and you will not be able to inspect your car before you pay them. any damage of your car will be your problem and you will have to deal with insurance claims and lose more time and money.
there is no customer service, person in charge who will answer your questions, way to file complaint etc.
